One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at an Aldo store. I went in on Tuesday because their system couldn’t find my order, and instead of helping, the staff was shockingly rude and completely unapologetic. When I tried to show my bank statement as proof of purchase, they wouldn’t even listen — their attitude was arrogant and dismissive from the start. What made it even worse was the manager’s behavior. Rather than stepping in to resolve the situation, the manager was just as rude and unwilling to understand what we were dealing with. It felt like no one in the store cared about customer experience at all. To top it off, the quality of the product is terrible. The “leather” bag I bought started tearing within two months — absolutely unacceptable for the price. This store seriously needs better training, better management, and better product quality. Definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
Came in from out of town to pick up shoes that were set aside. Jenna helped me once I got to the store and was above and beyond helpful! Excellent customer service!
i just bought the sandals in here. But they're too big for me, i came back and exchange it to take smaller size but the cashier told me i couldnt change them. It's so weird. She also told me send the receipt through my email. but i haven't received it even when i check in my spam mail. So disappointed, i'll never come back.
The service at Aldo’s was amazing! Two people helped me find shoes and even showed me inserts that make them SO comfortable. I have been looking for the perfect pair of heels for a week and I finally found them! I also found a really nice bag for a great price. I will definitely go back the Aldo’s if I need anything else in the future!
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at an Aldo was at the Toronto Premium Outlet location. To be honest for many years I have lost some hope in Aldo as anytime I went, it was hard to find size 5 shoes and the service I would receive was always sub par. Aldo at TPO has earned a life long customer because of today. Firstly, I was immediately greeted and when I mentioned I wanted to look around I was left alone - which was perfect because I like to shop in peace. Once I found a couple styles I liked, the red haired girl (sorry forgot her name) helped me find some size 5. And here is the best part, she took the time to check at least a dozen shoes to check for size 5 and brought me items in size 5 and 6 (which were available to order in 5). I want to stress that shoe shopping is incredibly difficult for me because either 5’s arent made or they are very hard to find. She took the time to scan so many shoes to find 5’s for me. It honestly made my day. Once she was helping another customer another girl helped me and she did the same thing. It was honestly amazing the initiative these girls took to find me size 5. Once I was ready the cash girls were also so personable and kind. I truly felt like I was wanted in the store - and obviously that should be given for any retail store but it is really rare to find. It’s that feeling that will keep me returning to ONLY that Aldo. It truly made my day and I would buy so many shoes there to just be treated like that. Today I left with 4 pairs of size 5 shoes. I am in shock, I can NEVER get size 5 let alone 4 pairs just based on the help I received today. Thank you to the wonderful store manager (also forgot your name sorry) for hiring and staffing such a wonderful team. As an HR Manager I am honestly in awe with how you run your store. It is so refreshing to see such kind and helpful individuals take care of customers like I was taken care of. To the people high up in Aldo - this is the type of people you need to be appreciating and awarding - because without them Aldo would not be able to make any revenue. Based on such a small initiative you have earned returned business as well as referral business (the best kind of business). Thanks so much to the staff of the Toronto Premium Outlet Aldo. You guys are amazing, keep doing this amazing job and i’ll see you when I need new shoes!!
We Visited the store today and were attended by Anna ( an associate). She was really helpful and patient, helped in making a choice and getting a real good deal. We appreciate her efforts and the diligence towards her job. Thanks very much.
All of the crews were awesome and very helpful. Not a wide variety of collection of shoes, but adequate for this store. Their discounted pricing is super cheap!
