I didn't end up buying anything here, but I was interested in a bag and a very helpful worker wrote down my number and notified me when it was going on sale, this was almost a month later! I was happy to know that they dont just forget about customers.
Very helpful staff and they are very patient without the hard sell. Tumi products of course have been excellent quality, we have lots of them but I worry that now that they are part of Samsonite, this might change. My Tumi luggage has been amazing and recently replaced my carryon that has been used for over 500,000 miles on a plane. It was still fine, just a little old in the tooth!
Nice staff and large selection of items at a very high price. Went in for a repair that took over a month and a half, extremely slow.
