My first time at this outlet store.Everything was fine until I reached the payment process. Just bec I was using store gift cards for purchase, the process turned out complicated for the staff... apparently I was told they had never gone thru this process beforeI was quoted a total of $547.35 before purchasing my gift cards . Once I did , the cashier, Nimra again totalled the merchandise and it came to $635.What a big difference in price!The sales person had also quoted me a price of 125 for one of the bags & that turned out to be $144 at the counter When asked to verify, the Supervisor, Grace said she was on lunch & couldnt do anything about it!Instead she was questioning me about why I was doing my purchases on gift cardsHow unprofessional is this! , when its really none of their businessIn all, the store is great with awesome products to offer , with great prices under saleBut the staff is just something else!Wish they would hire more professional staff! like Yusuf & Fan, the only 2 , who seemed to know what they were doing!
It was on Labour day sale, a lot of shoppers, but they had many good sales. Parking was a big problem, but got through at last. We bought what we came there for.
The staff are extremely friendly! The greeter let me know of their current promotion (50% off your entire purchase) and was more than happy to assist with questions.A young gentleman helped me search for an item while acknowledging other customers around him. Very professional.It was crazy busy in the store, but the staff delivered A+ service.Great job!
Good promotional sale is going on.. We purchased 2 lovely bags at fair price..
