Second update: after many emails I sent and them saying they're"investigating" the case, they sent me email saying they apologize for the inconvenience. That's all! They could've literally apologized in their reply and saved me all my time. I sent them a response about how they have poorly handled the situation and never got a response. Update: I have reached out to them by email to resolve this issue but never got a response. Avoid at ALL cost! I paid over $10 for this! It was supposed to be two pieces not one piece cut in HALF! You can see how tiny it is. I also asked for soy sauce and they said it would be charged extra for ONE packet of soy sauce! The Salmon tasted off and they didn't even give me a receipt! Save your money and eat elsewhere!
The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff here is friendly and attentive. The service is excellent. Overall a very pleasant experience! A must visit!?
Great new Sushi Shop in Toronto Premium Outlets. Sushi was fresh and tasty, great customer service is a plus. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu.
