Worst experience . Bad customer service. Bought a gift for someone for $500 And they didn't have anything to pack it. When I asked they casually said we ran out. Can't pack.
For those of you that complain about customer service, don't blame your one bad experience with a few specific team members on a team of over 50 employees. If you want good service you can ask for Bhavika. She will help you with the best of her abilities as she has been helping me for the past three years now.If you can't afford things from the normal MK store in Square One or Yorkdale then don't bother going in the outlet. It may be different styles but it still has that premium price tag, BUT way better DEALS than the other MKs though!
Good outlet and great discounts. Recommend to visit on weekend.
I rushed straight from work to pick up my wife birthday gift, when I entered the store no one approached me guessing it was because of the way I was dressed. Few minutes later I had was to ask for help/assistance.
