Got the jerk chicken with festivals. Food was fresh and flavourful. S/O to the cashier and chef Rona. Finished the food before I could take a picture lol
September 20, 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow!!! What a surprise! The Jerk Chicken Wrap was packed with bold, fresh flavors and the perfect portion size. You can tell they take pride in how they present their food (and it shows!) & the young lady taking orders was very friendly. If you’re at Halton Hills Outlet, you have to check them out! They were parked by BALLET, just around the corner from Lululemon. Also, there are tables?around the food truck if you want to sit down and eat.
The speed of service was fine, food came quick. Order "jerk chicken garden salad" and figured I would be getting jerk chicken on a bed of salad. This is not jerk chicken, it's more like brown stew chicken with some jerk seasoning in it. They drowned the salad in this stew chicken which turned all lettuce into a gooey mess.
Some of the nicest people with the best service I may have ever experienced. The food was absolutely incredible, and was ready super fast. I can't say enough good things about my experience here and look forward to returning someday!
Had the Jerk Chicken Poutine, the cheese isn’t cheese curds but shredded cheese into balls, I actually don’t mind that and it still tasted really good! Would still recommend the poutine. Decent prices and serving size. Please note it’s a food truck at the outlet mall and not a physical building.
Their jerk chicken meal is one of my favourites. Every time we go to Toronto Premium Outlets, I eat here and it never disappoints. The festivals are a nice addition too
Unprofessional and poor customer service. I went to the Toronto Premium Outlet Mall just to get food from here today (Sunday). Google and the Jerk Xpress website said they were open from 12pm and their website even allowed you to place an order (pay online) for pickup within 20 mins. I got there around 1pm to find out they were closed but I stayed around for 40 mins just in case someone happened to be on break or something. I called multiple times within that time frame and there was no answer. When I called again around 4:15 a lady finally answered and I explained to her the above. Her response was something along the lines of “Oh we opened at 2pm today”… no apology for the inconvenience or incorrect hours they have listed. These people either show up at whatever time they want without regard for the business hours they have posted or they haven’t taken a moment to update their new business hours if that’s the case.
