Food was subpar, Nashville hot chicken cruncher was composed of mostly breading, very small part of it was chicken. Disappointed with what I got for how much it costed.
Food is okay but you guys need to wear gloves and hair nets. I saw one guy working without gloves and hair net. Order taker girl with jacket was so rude she need to work on hospitality and customer service.
We had Mama Burgers wrapped in lettuce combo with Root beer and onion rings. Something to snack on after an afternoon of shopping. The hamburger is so tasty while quenching on a tall frozen glass mug of Root beers. Delicious
i asked one lady to give me ketchup pouches but she denied thrice and she was so rude and her name starts from har something maybe it was harman. that’s so rude of her
None of the workers were wearing gloves. They were touching their phones, hair, and walls while handling food. This is highly inappropriate, unsafe, and against regulations. Such practices put people’s health at risk.
Had my first mobile order and came into the restaurant, saw my order was in the preparation list and the service girls call the order number when ready, so I just stayed two steps back and waited. Later the cashier (one of the service girls) waved her hand to me and I told her I am waiting my mobile order, she looked back and told me my food will be with me shortly(she didn’t ask my name on the order ). But until my name switched to the in service screen and almost disappeared, the service girls called “mobile order “ so I came up with the other mobile customer, but since not name indicated in the order she got confused, then there is a lady with manager clothes stepped up and decided which bag is mine, when I looked inside the bag she asked me “ just two burgers, right “ and I responded:” and one drink “ . She increased her voice and educated me:” that’s why I checked with you!” And turn back started to fill the root beer cup, When I complained why took so long, she educated me again:” well, you need to let me know when you are here!” Well, first of all, if you want me let you know I need tell you when I am here for my mobile order, you need to let me know that I need to tell you that instead just wait and watch the service queue screen. Second, I already let one of the service girls/cashiers know, should I tell everyone? The food was good though, it can make a hungry person relax….
Overpriced food for sure! Quantity is pitiful for what you pay. Cashier was not really interested in helping me not having been here in a few years and needed some guidance on the combo for kids ...18 dollars for 5 strips fries and drink! Absolutely insane!
