Carpet Palace was a pleasure to work with, not once did we feel any pressure from the first day we walked into their store and many times after that, both Bill and George was super friendly and knowledgeable and patient and very approachable. They were very professional and the installers were great and friendly and did a fantastic job, Bill followed up after the installation was completed to make sure we were happy with the job. We have purchased carpet from The Carpet Palace before. Based on that experience, when it came time to carpet our basement, we went right to The Carpet Palace and didn't look anywhere else. At the store, Bill showed us some really nice carpet samples that were all on sale, and he was able to help us pick the carpet and colour. We did go with an upgraded under pad and I am glad that we did because the carpet feels so plush. Bill was great to deal with and he wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell us. He listened to what we had to say and in the end we left the store feeling really good about our decision. The installation team was also very nice to deal with and worked most of the day to install the carpet. When they were done, they did a very professional install and the carpet looks fabulous. I would highly recommend The Carpet Palace based on our experience from beginning to the install. In addition to great customer service, they also have great prices.
