They arranged a tow truck for me right away and took care of everything so smoothly. The entire process was stress-free, and they really went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of properly. I’m so impressed with how easy and professional the whole experience was. Such an incredible experience. Aadesh is a wonderful human who made me feel comfortable and confident in their work from the first call right up to the delivery. Everything was perfectly seamless in the process and he goes above and beyond for customers. Our Tiguan is mended perfectly and we’re so grateful. You have to use this business! And a tip- even though we’re from out of town (guelph), he just sends a tow truck to pickup the vehicle if it’s not drivable so it makes sense to use this company even if you’re not local.

I recommend Halton Auto Collision if you need body shop for your car, but most important if you need a one stop shop in case of an accident. It is always a headache from the moment you have to deal with insurances, rental car companies, and shops, but Hannah made that easy as they handle everything for you and the communication is very good, they keep you informed of everything that is going on. I love the work done on my Trax and would definitely come again if needed.
Hannah was more than diligent, she was supportive and was always ready to answer questions and help any way she could throughout the process. The repairs were made by experienced mechanics and completed in way that looked and felt fantastic. My car came back to me like nothing had happened, better than I how I left it with them. From quick response in towing my car to getting the car back better then before, I would recommend calling is location if you find yourself in need.
